Testy is a UK based service that helps you find test cancellations and new available tests and get a driving licence as quickly as possible!How does Testy work?
1. Book your driving test with the DVSA.
2. Download the Testy app and login with your DVSA login details.
3. Sit back and relax.
4. We will send you notifications for test cancellations and new tests (Premium account).
5. Login to the DVSA website from Testy with one tap (no password required) and change your test.How likely is it that you will find me an earlier test?
There is a very good chance that we will - we check the DVSA website for you and let you know once we find a cancellation or a new test (*we don't guarantee to send a notification for every test that we find).Why do I need your service?
You can try do it yourself but you'll need to spend a lot of time login into the DVSA website to see if suitable slots are available - people catch these tests quickly and without our service it will be very difficult to make it.What features does Testy have?

Testy requires a valid booking for a driving test in order to find you a cancellation, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the DVSA website from your computer and rebook a new driving test.
2. Log out from Testy.
3. Log in with your new test reference.
* If you had a Premium account before, your account will stay Premium.I failed my test and re booked a new one, the profile has not updated on the app and I’m no longer getting notifications. What should I do?
You will have to log in again with your new test reference, please follow these steps:

* If you had a Premium account before, your account will stay Premium.I'm trying to login to the DVSA website from the app, but I get error code 14 - what does this mean?
The DVSA website has protection against spam. If you try to login too many times your account will be blocked for a few hours. We recommend using our Premium service and avoid checking the DVSA website every few minutes.I have entered my details correctly and it keep saying login failed! what should I do?
If your test has passed, you will have to book a new one through the DVSA website before you can login to Testy.I tap on a test and I keep getting Test Not Found message - what's the problem?
There are few reasons why it might happen:
• Another person found it before you did. There are hundreds of people that are constantly trying to change their driving test on each test centre.
• If you entered your driver licence instructor number in the DVSA website, it will hide the dates when he/she is not available.
• You failed your previous test - you have to choose a date at least 10 working days away.
• Your theory has expired.I cannot log into Testy, what's going on?
Testy requires a valid booking for a driving test in order to be able to search for cancellations.

Once you have an existing booking, you will be able to login to Testy and look for an earlier date.I have failed my test, what should I do?

If your test is on hold, you should be able to use Testy and change your test date.
As long as you are able to use the DVSA website to change your existing date, Testy should be able to look for cancellations on your behalf.

By using the Testy App and providing your driving license number and theory pass or test reference number, you authorize us to log into the DVSA website on your behalf with these credentials to check for driving test cancellations and newly available test dates.3.Disclaimer of Affiliation
Strata Nexera Limited is not affiliated with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), and subscription to our service does not guarantee finding you an earlier test date.4.Booking Limitations
We do not book, change, or cancel driving tests on your behalf. Our role is solely to provide notification services.5.Test Date Accuracy
The official date of your test is as displayed on the DVSA website. We are not liable for any discrepancies that may appear within the app.6.Premium Service Notifications
Our premium service monitors the DVSA website for earlier tests at your selected test centers, notifying you when we find available slots. However, we cannot guarantee notification of every cancellation or every newly available test.7.Notification Timing
Notifications indicate the discovery of an earlier test slot, but there is no guarantee that the slot will remain available by the time you log into the DVSA website. We do not reserve or secure test slots for users.8.Nature of Service
Our notifications service provides automated information on test cancellations and serves only as an informational tool.9.Premium Account Access
Premium account holders gain access to the automated notifications service, usable on up to five devices simultaneously. You may use this account until you pass your driving test.10.Learner Driver Responsibility
Learner drivers are responsible for arriving at their driving test with all required documents and a suitable vehicle. We cannot be held accountable for cancellations due to learner driver or instructor errors, including failure to meet these requirements.11.Refund Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days for a full refund, provided that the service has not yet commenced. The service typically begins shortly after payment and entry of your preferences.12.Service Usage Recording
We may log details related to your service usage, including personal information provided at signup, search times, and dates or times found.13.Account Usage Policy
Each account is restricted to searching for practical driving tests for the license holder listed in the account preferences. Accounts found to be used otherwise may be suspended without refund. We will attempt to contact you before any suspension.
